PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT:

  • We are currently NOT accepting any NEW MEDICAID patients.
  • Many insurance companies now offer narrow network plans with limited participating Specialists. For example, Priority Health’s Lakeland Regional Health System and MyPriority HMO Bronson Health Partners are two such plans we do not participate with. If you have any doubts about whether we participate with your specific insurance plan, please call the phone number on your insurance card or visit their website to verify that Dr. Barbara Drozdowski is in your network before you schedule an appointment.
  • If you are unable to provide us with valid insurance information at time of your appointment, you will be required to pay at time of service. We can submit a claim on your behalf once you provide us with insurance details. Any applicable refund will be issued once your claim has been paid.
